I had the opportunity to capture event photos at a lively Halloween happy hour, co-hosted by TAP-SF and Dokkabier, a bar in Jack London Square, Oakland. The evening was filled with great energy, creative costumes, and festive fun, culminating in an exciting costume contest to wrap up the night.
